Purpose of the Service This Service is designed to offer respectful, non-intrusive communication to keep you informed, supported, and connected. Messages or calls may include: - Reminders about events, programs, or appointments - Health and wellness check-ins - Resource announcements and opportunities - Urgent or time-sensitive support notifications This Service is not an emergency response system. 2. Your Consent By opting in: - You confirm that you are 18 years or older and have the right to receive messages at the number you provided. - You provide explicit written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable Oregon state law to receive automated calls and text messages from us. - Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. - You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly. - We will not send messages without your prior written consent. 3. Privacy and Safety Your privacy and dignity are very important to us. We will: - Never sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
